Website use
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, misuse another person's account, or submit false information.
Membership information
Membership applications must contain accurate information. Approval, role assignment, account access and digital ID issuance are subject to YYC's administrative process.
Accounts and access
Keep your login credentials private and use only the account assigned to you. Admin, leader and member access may have different permissions.
Content submitted by users
By submitting photos, updates, gallery items or other material, you confirm that you have the necessary permission to provide that material. YYC may review, approve, edit, publish or reject submissions according to club administration needs.
Digital ID and verification
Digital membership cards and QR-based verification are provided as website features. They should not be treated as a replacement for any government-issued identification or official credential.
Website availability
YYC aims to keep the website available and accurate, but online services may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, changed or interrupted for maintenance, infrastructure or other technical reasons.
